Culminating Event: Open Mic Spill Your HEART Out

The Culminating Event for the end of trimester 2 programming happened on March 29, 2012 at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden. With the partnership of Urban Promise E.P.I.C and Ms. Alyesha Wise as the illustrious host for the evening our students put on quite the show!

Students that participated in the Poetry, Hip Hop, and WEPA programs had an opportunity to showcase some of the things that they learned and had been practicing for the last 2 1/2 months as part of the EducationWorks program at Wilson. With an audience of over 150 people, this truly was an event to remember!

    The kids came out after the reception and they were happy as can be. Kids adored the toys, tvs, games and their little pizza party They all said that was their favorite part of the wedding.
